FAQs

Are all the products in my bag from your farm?

Since we only grow vegetables at this time, we partner with other local farmers to provide members with a well rounded bag full of veggies, fruit, pastured eggs, meat, and local artisan goods. This means that if we suffer a crop failure, pest damage, etc. we are still able to fill the space in your bag with local products and support our fellow farmers.

What is a CSA?

Community supported agriculture is a sales model directly linking the consumer to the farmer. By subscribing to CSA deliveries you are directly investing in our farm. Your support allows the farmer to purchase seeds, fertilizer and other improvements. This means you also share in the highs and lows of farming. Your bags will be packed most weeks and sometimes light in the case of crop failures, etc.

Is a CSA right for my family?

Only you can answer this. While we focus on popular veggies, we love to grow different varieties and unique veggies. Some you may have never seen in a grocery store. We want our members to learn and have fun trying new foods. If you don’t always have time to cook at home, we recommend shopping at your local farmers market.

Can I pick up at the farm?

We are excited to offer on-farm pickup for the 2025 season. We wanted to offer this service to those just outside of our delivery zone and/or customers who like to visit in person. One perk to on-farm pickup will be direct access to the Add-On Store items.

Can I customize my bag?

Unfortunately, no. We pack our bags according to our crop plan and what’s in season. We do our best to accommodate allergies but do not have the capability to fully customize based off preference. Please visit our Add-On Store page where you can purchase extra shares of meat, eggs and produce to have delivered with your CSA.

Can I visit your farm?

We love meeting our members, aspiring farmers and home gardeners alike. Please reach out via our contact page to arrange a tour.

We also hold volunteer days several times a year and offer private group volunteer opportunities. Keep and eye on our socials or reach out via the Volunteer form.
